Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Cashmere Suit Tailor, 138 Samsen 2 Alley, Ban Phan Thom, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We make bespoke and made-to-measure garments — including suits, wedding attire, blazers, shirts, trousers, coats, leather goods and ladies' tailoring — cut to your individual measurements and specifications. Every garment is made to order.

Prices and quotations

Prices shown on our website are starting prices in Thai Baht (฿) and vary with cloth grade, garment type and construction. You will always receive a full, fixed quotation before any work begins. The agreed price will not change unless you request changes to the order.

Orders and payment

A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance payable on collection or, for shipped orders, before dispatch. Payment can be made in cash or by the methods agreed at the time of ordering.

Fittings and fit guarantee

Fittings are included in every order made in person. We will adjust your garment until the fit is right at no additional charge. For remote orders based on measurements we hold on file, please tell us about any significant changes in size; we cannot be responsible for fit issues caused by outdated or customer-supplied measurements, though we will always help with alterations where possible.

Express service

Express tailoring, including our 24-hour service, is subject to availability and workload. Please tell us your departure date when ordering so we can confirm a realistic completion time.

Cancellations, returns and remakes

Because every garment is made to your personal measurements, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once cutting has begun, and made-to-measure garments cannot be returned or exchanged as standard. If a garment has a fault in materials or workmanship, we will repair, adjust or remake it at our cost.

Shipping

We ship completed orders worldwide using reputable carriers. Delivery times given are estimates. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the carrier; we will assist with any carrier claims for loss or damage in transit.

Your responsibilities

Please check order details — cloth, style, delivery address and departure dates — at the time of ordering. Garments should be cared for according to the guidance given at collection; damage caused by incorrect cleaning or care is not covered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law. Our liability in connection with an order is otherwise limited to the price paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
